Returns
  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted during the delivery process. Customers may request a return and refund only while receiving the item from the delivery agent.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item during delivery, we will notify you of the approval status immediately.
  • Refunds: If approved, refunds process will be processed directly through the delivery agent, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 Working Days.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are not permitted after the order has been confirmed with the delivery agent.
  • Exchange Process: Please inspect the item during delivery. If you find any issues, you may request an exchange for a different product of equal value or request a cash refund.
