We handle your data in accordance with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations, Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and the policies of the advertising platforms we use (Google and Meta).

OUD SHOP is an online store selling perfumes, oud and fragrance products in Egypt, operating through oud-shop.com. It is the Data Controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including HTTPS encryption, restricting access to authorised staff only, and using approved payment providers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that may affect you, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.

Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to:

• Know and access: find out what data we hold about you, view it and obtain a copy.
• Rectification: correct or update any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
• Erasure: request deletion of your data, unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Restriction: request that we restrict processing in certain cases.
• Objection: object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@oud-shop.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorised access. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Centre if you believe your rights have not been respected.

You can request the complete deletion of your personal data, including any data linked to your interactions with us through Facebook, Instagram or Google, by following these steps:

1. Send an email to info@oud-shop.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your name and the phone number or email address used when you purchased or contacted us, so we can locate your data.
3. We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and let you know once it is done.

We may retain limited data that we are legally required to keep (such as invoices), and we will explain this in our reply.

We may send you offers and new products by email, SMS or WhatsApp if you have agreed to receive them. You can stop these messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link, replying with a stop request, or emailing us at info@oud-shop.com. We will still send essential messages related to your orders (such as order confirmation and shipping updates).

Our website and services are not directed at children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data without a parent or guardian's consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
